Earlier this year Tropical Shipping began requiring that all hazardous material documentation for Full Container Loads be submitted to our Documentation Department no later than 10 am prior to the day of sail. During this time we have provided a grace period to allow everyone to adjust to providing their documents on time.
Beginning September 4, 2018 please note that documents for Hazardous cargo not received day prior to sail, will be rolled by close of business the prior day.
All of our customers are important to us and we want to ensure that every customer's cargo arrives on time to its port of destination. Having your hazardous materials documents, along with all of your other documents to us on time, will help everyone's cargo to arrive on time!
