Tropical Shipping continues to monitor Hurricane Maria as it moves through the Turks & Caicos Islands. The ports of Dominica, Grand Turk, Providenciales, San Juan, St. Croix, and St. Maarten are currently closed. The port in St. Thomas is now open.
Following are our sailings from the Port of Palm Beach for the remainder of this week.
Note the Bomar Rebecca arrival to Palm Beach from Halifax will be delayed until next Wednesday. She sailed directly to San Juan to avoid the hurricanes and arrives in San Juan this weekend.
Wednesday Sept 20
- Tropic Lure sailed to Grand Turk and Puerto Plata – arrives Grand Turk Sunday
- Tropic Tide sailed to St Thomas, Tortola, St Maarten, Antigua, St Kitts, Nevis, and Dominica – arrives St Thomas late Sunday. Arrivals delayed 24-36 hours
Thursday Sept 21
- Tropic Mist sailed to Grand Cayman
- Caribe Legend sailed to Nassau
- Tropic Unity sailed to St. Croix, Anguilla, St Barths, Barbados, St Lucia, St Vincent, Trinidad, Guyana, Grenada – arrivals may be delayed
Friday Sept 22
- Tropic Jade will sail to Freeport
- Tropic Opal will sail to Providenciales and Grand Turk – arrives Monday
- Tropic Night will sail to Providenciales – arrives Monday
Saturday Sept 23
- Tropic Jade will sail to St Thomas, St Maarten, and Tortola - arrives in St Thomas Tuesday
Sunday Sept 24
- Caribe Legend will sail to Nassau
Remaining Vessel Arrivals in the Islands this week
- Tropic Sun arrived in St. Kitts this morning. She will proceed to Nevis, St Maarten, and St Thomas.
- Tropic Carib arrived in Trinidad last night and will be in Grenada tonight. She will drop relief containers in Dominica on Saturday.
- Tropic Palm arrival in Caucedo is delayed and to be determined.
- Tropic Express will be in Tortola over the weekend. San Juan arrivals are to be determined.
