2018 Tropical Shipping Holiday Schedule

The Tropical Shipping family would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support over the last year and to wish you a happy holiday season. In observance of the holidays, Tropical Shipping offices, Port of Palm Beach terminal and the Miami, West Palm Beach and New Jersey LCL Cargo Facilities will be closed Monday, December 24th at noon and on Tuesday, December 25, 2018.

Tropical Shipping offices, Port of Palm Beach terminal and the Miami, West Palm Beach and New Jersey LCL Cargo Facilities will also be closed on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. As a result, please view the changes to our vessel schedule, cargo and documentation cut-off times during the holiday weeks listed below.  (Because bonded full container load cargo must be validated by Customs, it is imperative that Tropical Shipping receives the cargo and documents prior to the cut-offs listed below).  

Due to the Holiday weeks, please note the following cargo and documentation cut-off changes:

  • Documentation cut-offs for the Wednesday, December 26, 2018 and January 2, 2019 sailings are the prior Friday by noon.
  • LCL Cargo and Documentation cut-offs for the Wednesday, December 26, 2018 and January 2, 2019 sailings for Riviera Beach and Miami Warehouses are as follows:
    • Friday, December 21st by 12 Noon for the December 26th sailings
    • Friday, December 28th by 12 Noon for the January 2, 2019 sailings
  • Cut-offs for Nassau LCL chilled refrigerated cargo sailing Wednesday, December 26, 2018 and January 2, 2019 are the prior Friday by noon.
  • Cut-offs for Marsh Harbour LCL refrigerated cargo sailing Wednesday, December 26, 2018 and January 2, 2019 are the prior Friday by 3PM.
