Change to Weekly Customer Statements

Please be advised that there will be a change to the weekly statements sent to our customers.

In an effort to improve the resolution of outstanding credit balances, the statements will now also include transactions and adjustments that represent potential credits in customers’ accounts.

This change will be effective with this Sunday’s September 9, 2018 weekly statements.  To highlight the change, this Sunday’s distribution will include a message that the statement has been modified to include potential credits in customers’ accounts.
