The Freeport Harbour is increasing its charge for services provided to work cargo vessels, therefore Tropical Shipping must increase its origin and destination port surcharge for cargo destined to or originating from Freeport, Bahamas.
Effective December 9, 2018, Tropical Shipping will increase the Destination Port Surcharge for shipments originating from Anguilla, Antigua, Barbados, Canada, Cayman Islands, the Continental United States Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grand Turk, Grenada, Guyana, Marsh Harbour, Nassau, Nevis, Providenciales, Puerto Rico, South Caicos, St. Baths, St. Croix, St. John, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, St. Vincent, Tortola, Trinidad and Tobago or Virgin Gorda destined to Freeport as follows:
