When Tropical Shipping provides the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) for FCL Equipment, in accordance with the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) amendment, the following surcharge will be assessed.
Effective May 5, 2019, when Tropical Shipping provides the VGM, a VGM Surcharge increase will apply to all FCL equipment loaded at the Halifax Seaport in Canada as follows.
