Tropical Shipping’s U.S., U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico offices will be closed Thursday, November 26, 2020 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
There will be no changes to the regular Wednesday sailing scheduled for November 25, 2020. Cargo and Documentation cut-offs remain the same as published.
There will not be any vessel sailings from the Port of Palm Beach on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2020. The regular Thursday sailings scheduled for Thursday November 26, 2020 will change as followed:
- The STC/Windward sailing will sail on Wednesday November 25, 2020 and follow the normal Wednesday sailing cutoffs.
- The Nassau sailing will sail on Friday November 27, 2020 and follow the cutoffs put in place for all other regular Friday sailings scheduled for Friday November 27,2020.
- The Freeport sailing will be canceled on Thursday.
- Please note that the latest exception for containers sailing on Wednesday vessels need to be scheduled early to be ingated no later than 3 PM Wednesday. For containers sailing on Friday and the weekend, the gate will stay open until 10 PM to receive those containers. The gate will close at 10 pm on Wednesday evening and reopen at 4 am Friday morning.

Because bonded full container load cargo must be validated by Customs, it is imperative that Tropical Shipping receives the cargo and documents prior to the cut-offs listed above.
All Hazardous LCL or LCL consolidation cargo MUST be received with documents 48 hours prior to regular LCL cut-offs.
