VESSEL SCHEDULE CHANGES
There will be NO CHANGES to Monday, December 28, Tuesday, December 29 or Wednesday, December 30, 2020 sailing. All regular cut-offs apply.
There will be no sailings on January 1, 2021 from the Port of Palm Beach.
- Grand Cayman and Belize cargo will sail on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
- The Thursday vessel to the St. Croix, Barbados, Trinidad, Guyana, Suriname, St. Barths, St. Lucia, Grenada, and Anguilla will sail on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
- The Nassau vessel will sail on Thursday, December 31, 2020, but will arrive in Nassau on Saturday, January 2, 2021.
- The Thursday, December 31, 2020 sailing to Freeport will be cancelled.
- The Friday vessel to Providenciales and Grand Turk will sail on Saturday, January 2, 2021.
- The Friday sailing to St. Thomas and St. Marten will sail on Saturday, January 2, 2021.
TRUCKING CHANGES
- Spots and Pick-Ups will be handled as normal on Monday, December 28, Tuesday, December 29, and Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
- There will be NO spots on Thursday, December 31, 2020.
- There will ONLY be Pick-Ups on Thursday, December 31, 2020, and all cargo must be ingated no later than 5:00 p.m.
INTERCHANGE GATE:
- The Gate will be CLOSING at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2020.
- The Gate will be CLOSED all day on Friday, January 1, 2021.
RAIL:
- There will be an incoming and outgoing train on Thursday, December 31, 2020.
- There will be no train, incoming or outgoing, on Friday, January 1, 2021.
CUT-OFFS FOR LESS THAN CONTAINER LOAD (LCL) CARGO AND DOCUMENTATION
- For Wednesday, December 30, 2020 sailings, the CARGO cut-off is Monday, December 28, 2020 by 10:00 a.m.
- For Wednesday, December 30, 2020 sailings, the DOCUMENTATION cut-off is Monday, December 28, 2020 by 10:00 a.m.
- For Saturday, January 2, 2021 sailings, the CARGO cut-off is Monday, December 28, 2020 by 4:00 p.m.
- For Saturday, January 2, 2021 sailings, the DOCUMENTATION cut-off is Monday, December 28, 2020 by 4:00 p.m.
CUT-OFFS FOR FULL LOAD (FCL) CARGO AND DOCUMENTATION
- For Wednesday, December 30, 2020 sailings, the CARGO must be in the port by 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
- For Wednesday, December 30, 2020 sailings, the DOCUMENTATION cut-off is 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
- For Thursday, December 31, 2020 sailings, the CARGO must be in the port by 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
- For Thursday, December 31, 2020 sailings, the DOCUMENTATION cut-off is 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
- For Saturday, January 2, 2021 sailings, the CARGO must be in the port by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2020
- For Saturday, January 2, 2021 sailings, DOCUMENTATION cut-off is 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
LESS THAN CONTAINER LOAD (LCL) REFRIGERATED CARGO CUT OFFS:
- Grand Cayman cargo, which sails Wednesday, December 30, 2020, the CARGO and DOCUMENTATION cut-off is Monday, December 28, 2020 by 4:00 p.m.
- Providenciales cargo, which sails on Saturday, January 2, 2021 the CARGO and DOCUMENTATION cut-off is Wednesday, December 30 by 4:00 p.m.
- Grand Turk cargo, which sails on Saturday, January 2, 2021 the CARGO and DOCUMENTATION cut-off is Wednesday, December 30 by 4:00 p.m.
