When Carrier provides the chassis for a Shipper Loaded FCL shipment a Chassis Use Surcharge will be assessed as follows:

When Carrier provides a Tri-Axle Chassis for a Shipper Loaded FCL shipment a Tri-Axle Chassis Use Surcharge will be assessed. This charge is in lieu of the standard Chassis Usage Surcharge and will be assessed as follows:
