Palm Beach Cold, our less than container load refrigerated receiving facility partner, has announced changes to their receiving days and times effective August 6, 2023. Please see below for additional information.
- Receiving days and hours starting August 6th will be Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm.
- Tropical booking numbers are still required to be received.
- An appointment through Palm Beach Cold will also be required for cargo to be received. Appointments can be made by calling the receiving department at Palm Beach Cold by contacting 561-844-7000 x31126, x31127, or x31157.

- This will impact customers who are only shipping less than container load refrigerated cargo to the following ports: Nassau, Bahamas; Marsh Harbor, Bahamas; Providenciales; Grand Turk; Grand Cayman; Cayman Brac; Belize and Barbados.
- Cut offs for cargo and documentation have changed and noted are below.
