At Tropical, we understand that knowing when your empty container will arrive is crucial for your business operations, which is why we are pleased to introduce our latest customer service enhancement – ETA Email Notification Service.
ETA Email Notification Service is a new, innovative feature that allows you to receive automated emails with estimated time of arrival for your container deliveries.
This service is designed to provide you with real-time information and enhance your planning and logistics processes. You will receive an email when your empty Tropical equipment is on the way with an ETA to the location that you have designated, such as your warehouse. You will also receive an email that will confirm the arrival of your equipment at a secondary stop and the Port of Palm Beach for loading onto one of our vessels.
We are excited about this new feature and believe it will help ensure the seamless flow of your cargo.
To Add ETA Email Notification Service to your account:
- Log into your eServices account
- Click on My Account
- Select Manage Event Notifications
- Check the box that says “Estimated Time of Arrival at Delivery Location and select the desired frequency and timeliness of your notification.
- Watch for an email from webNotifications@Tropical.com notifying you of the ETA every time your container moves.
