Beginning June 25, 2023, all packages accepted on a LCL basis at any of our Canadian warehouse locations must be marked durably and legibly with the Tropical Shipping booking number, the consignee’s name, address and telephone number. It is the Shipper's responsibility that all packages are properly marked.
At the Carrier's option, unmarked or improperly marked cargo may be:
1. Refused.
2. Marked at Shipper's expense.
In the event warehouse personnel mark the cargo with the appropriate booking number, there will be a $20.00 USD fee per package charged, with a maximum $60.00 USD charged per shipment.
