Tropical Shipping’s U.S., U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico offices will be closed Thursday, November 28, 2024, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

SCHEDULED SAILINGS FOR THANKSGIVING WEEK:
- Monday, November 25, 2024: Marsh Harbour, Freeport.
- Tuesday, November 26, 2024: Grand Cayman, Nassau, Freeport, Providenciales, Puerto Plata.
- Wednesday, November 27, 2024: Freeport, Barbados, Guyana, Suriname, St. Thomas, St. John, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius, Dominica, Antigua, St. Kitts, Nevis, St. Vincent, Caucedo.
- Thursday, November 28, 2024: Nassau, St. Croix, Anguilla, St. Barth’s, St. Lucia, Trinidad, Grenada. The Freeport sailing will be cancelled.
- Friday, November 29, 2024: Grand Cayman, Belize, Providenciales, Grand Turk, South Caicos, St. Thomas, St. John, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, St. Maarten, Caucedo.
- Sunday, December 1, 2024: Nassau.
INLAND TRANSPORTATION
- Trucking will operate as normal and will spot and pick-up containers on Monday, November 25, 2024, and Tuesday, November 26, 2024
- Trucking will only PICK-UP containers on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
- Normal trucking operations will resume to spot and pick-up containers on Friday, November 29, 2024
- There will only be an incoming train on Thursday, November 28, 2024
- There will only be an outgoing train on Friday, November 29, 2024
- The gate will close Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at midnight and reopen Friday November 29, 2024, at 2:00 am.
CARGO RECEIVING:
- The West Palm Beach and Miami Warehouses will close Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 4:00pm and will reopen Friday, November 29, 2024 at 8:00am, closing at 2:00pm for receiving
- Palm Beach Cold Storage (for LCL Refrigerated Cargo receiving) will be closed on Thursday, November 28, 2024.
- Containers sailing on Thursday November 28, 2024, and Friday November 29, 2024, must ingate by Wednesday November 27, 2024 at midnight.
- Containers sailing November 30, 2024, and December 1, 2024, must ingate by Friday November 29, 2024, at 10:00pm.
- Bonded full container load cargo must be validated by Customs; it is imperative that Tropical Shipping receives the cargo and documents prior to the cut-offs listed below.
- All Hazardous cargo and documents MUST be received 48 hours prior to regular cut-offs.
