All of our customers are assigned a TropBox number when they ship with us. If you signed up for eServices, our online booking, payment, and cargo tracking platform, you can easily locate your assigned a TropBox number when you login. If you have not signed up for eServices, register today and you’ll see your TropBox number right away!
1. Locate your TropBox number in your eServices account. (click ‘My Account’ on the left of the page, then click on ‘Addresses and TropBox.’) You’ll see your TropBox number next to your address. If you have more than one address, each one will have its own TropBox number to minimize misrouted cargo.
2. When checking out of an online order, in the ‘Ship to’ section, include the following:
